Raising time: 10 minutes

Baking time: Approx. 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees

Ingredients

450 g skyr
4 eggs
60 g gluten-free oatmeal
100 g gluten-free oat flour
25 g of flax seeds
2 tbsp. psyllium husks
3 tsp. Gluten-free baking powder
1,5 tsp. salt
Seeds for topping - e.g. flax seeds, sesame and birch

Directions

Open the bakingbag - fold the edge of the bag and place it on the table like a sock

Pour the skyr and eggs in and mix them in the bag

Pour in the rest of the ingredients and need smooth

Let the dough rest for 10 minutes so that flour and grits suck the liquid

Cut a hole in the tip / "toe" - approx. 5 cm for buns

Gently squeeze the dough out of the bag. Cut dough for each bun. Be careful not to cut in the plastic. Be careful not to press the nails / fingers into the bag, as it may burst. If the dough is hard to squeeze, cut a slightly larger hole.

Sprinkle with topping

Bake approx. 20-25 minutes in 180 degree hot oven - preferably hot air
